Use Flameball

The start of some sketches from as a result of playing too much Dark Souls. EPIC game that's EXTREMELY HARD but so much fun at the same time. My boyfriend and I can't get enough of the game and how it makes us RAGE.

This is my guy's favorite boss, Quelaag (for obvious reasons seen in mere seconds of the link video).

Have yet to make it to this ridiculous boss but apparently as an attack, she does this.....alot.....

 Go buy this game, people. It WILL break you, mentally and physically.

The Black Swan Finale

My goodness, you don't know how proud I am over this piece. Could not have made it this for in this style without James' help and assistance throughout the entire semester!!  :)
This was my final assignment for my cartooning/caricature to put a character of choice into an environment. Did a caricature of Natalie Portman in her Black Swan role.

My professor loved it and said it was very "poetic"  :)

Purple Lady

Some of the better sketches from life drawing last Wednesday. There's a few because I had to leave early to finish up some finals. Done with my Tombo ink pen and a purple prisma color pencil.

Entry for our club's drawing challenge this month. Had to incoporate robots, gender-bending, and/or hair. I did all 3 in this homage to the anime Gurren Lagann  :)

The mecha's there are our club's mascots geared up in Gurren Lagann style. The pilots in the cockpits there are my good friends are James (who helped me out ALOT on what to do with the BG) as Simon (goggles in bottom left), Garrett cross-dressing as Yoko (scarf in upper right), and Tung as Kamina (awesome orange tint glasses in upper right). And I'm the little mole there on top of James' head.
