Migraine Friday

I wanted to try out my first blog story told by GIFs! Click on them each, since they don't seem to be moving in the regular post...

So yesterday I woke up to a severe headache/migraine so painful it felt like a boot was kicking my brain over and Over and OVER.

I didn't want to drive to school on my own with the pounding headache I had so I stayed home to sleep it off.

My boyfriend was home to take care of me luckily. For lunch he made me homemade tomato soup.

More sleeping to ease the pain in my head....

Rene, a really good buddy of mine came over after his wisdom tooth removal. He had a remedy that he told me would cure any illness. Video Games.

For dinner Ron made homemade spaghetti. Meatless of course since it was a Friday and we were following Lent.

My head was feeling better by the end of the day, especially when looking forward to sleeping next to my man who took care of me all day.

Just in time for Valentines Day!! A lovey romantic movie that you can see with your loved one....with a tragic ending. Hhmm...watch something happy right after...Anywhoo, one of my favorite songs from Moulin Rouge, "Your Song"

Film Study for my Storyboarding class. Picked out the shots that drive this song sequence. TONS of fun painting very minimalistic!! Working with a small palette was interesting too. Blue for the night sky and red for Satine's room  :)

A freelance writer that just got that light-bulb on her next upcoming big hit.

I saw flowers pens on the receptionist's counter in the Art Department's main building so I myself got inspired to draw someone writing with a flower pen  :)
