Worse (blind) Date Ever.

Sketched  and scanned in this as an entry for CSUF's Pencil Mileage Club monthly Drawing Challenge. The topic was WORSE DATE EVER as it being the month of loooove. Really fun to do since I haven't colored in Photoshop in such a long time, just been animating all these past weeks.....gonna try to upload more as the days go to appear alive here :)

I see no difference....

A chimp who is in the company of a couple of lil' monkeys....

Over at the chimpanzee exhibit, these guys were all running about so of course people swarmed to see the whole ruckus. It was a Saturday so lots of families exposing their kids to the wonders of animals. It's awesome, but dang, seeing these kids jump around and act out and yell I really don't see the difference in both of our species  :)

Silly things at the Zoo

Here's some past animal sketches from back in winter break attending the LA zoo that I just never managed to upload, what with school rolling back in. Eh, I explained it in my previous post!!  :P

So this cute little guy is whats called a Black Duiker and their native to Africa; more specifically Guinea. He was like a hoofed dog; licking things, licking his face, licking the leaves, and very VERY interested in me drawing him....while he was licking the inside of is nose....

DARP.

He also liked to lick his neighbors......

Why there's been a lag in updates....

......because I'm interning at Film Roman on 2 new Marvel animated tv shows. I'm pretty sure the picture is self-explanotory of my inner-nerd just spazzing with uncontrollable excitement.

Also note that I also entered my Spring semester at good ol' CSUF and am working on my senior film, which I'm devoting most of my time too. Crazy busy times so I'll try to upload some of the sketches I manage to squeeze into my hectic schedule now.
